GSM Arena reports that Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) updates for the HTC Sensation XE have started to roll-out in Europe. The HTC Sensation Android 4.0 update includes a Sense 3.6 user interface. If you do not want to wait for the official update you can download the Over-the-Air update file from XDA Developers at this link.
Samsung is following shortly, with its ICS update for the Galaxy S II rolling out on March 10, 2012.

Less than 24 hours later, though, Samsung backed off the announcement in a tweet posted to Twitter. Roughly translated, the tweet, written in Korean, explains that the upgrade instructions posted at a Samsung Filipino site were in error and that when the upgrade schedule is confirmed, it will be posted on Twitter.
